Who Can Apply (Eligibility Criteria)

  • Target Districts: Individuals from Thatta, Sujawal, Badin, Tharparkar & Larkano.
  • Business Goal: Any individual intending to upgrade an existing micro/small business or set up a new business in the target district.
  • Legal Requirement: Must have a National Tax Number (NTN) or be a legally registered business partnership/cooperative.
  • Priority: Eligible and capable women entrepreneurs are strongly encouraged to apply.

Ineligible Businesses

The following will NOT be funded under this scheme:

  • Projects requiring construction or civil works (Land/Buildings).
  • Acquisition of existing businesses or vehicle purchase.
  • Used or refurbished machinery or equipment.
  • Primary agriculture, livestock, and dairy production.
  • Home-based informal businesses without a dedicated space.
