Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls regarding JAC commercial vehicles and service appointments professionally.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a premium image of JAC and RANCON through every interaction.
- Accurately document customer feedback and interaction details in the CRM system.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate from any reputed Public or Private University with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Experience: Freshers with high potential are welcome; candidates with up to 3 years of experience are also encouraged.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written English/Neutral accent, polite tone, and basic computer proficiency.
